How to Share Access to Your Google Tag Manager Account

Follow the steps below to add users to your Google Analytics accounts and containers.

1. Sign into your Gmail account and visit https://tagmanager.google.com

2. If you'd like to share access to the entire account, click the 3 dots to the right of the settings gear and select "User management" OR if you'd like to share access to a specific property, select the 3 dots to the right of that property and select "User management"

3. Click the blue plus button at the top right of the screen, then select "Add users"

If you're sharing access to an entire account, follow the steps below:

1. Enter the email address you'd like to add as a user

2. Under "Account permissions" check the box for "Administrator"

3. Under "Container permissions" click "Set all," check the box across from "Publish" and click "Done"

4. Click the "Invite" button at the top right of the screen

If you're only sharing access to a specific container, follow these steps:

1. Enter the email address you'd like to add as a user

2. Check the box across from "Publish"

3. Click the "Invite" button at the top right of the screen
